Application Process
Candidate Self-Assessment:
- Identify your skills, strengths, and career goals.
- Define the type of job you are looking for.

- Create a well-structured resume highlighting your relevant experience and skills in PDF format.
- Include an optional tailored cover letter for each job application highlighting your value and impact in the potential role in PDF format.
- Proofread and edit your documents for errors and consistency.

- If your are selected to advance in the process, you will hear from a Talent Acquisition team member via email.
Phone interview with a member of the Talent Acquisition team
- At this stage in the process, you will speak to someone to learn more about the position you’ve applied for, what it’s like to work at ANA, and how you could bring value and impact to the position.
Be patient as we consider your profile, experience, skills, and overall alignment in the position
- If you are selected to advance in the process, you will hear from a Talent Acquisition team member via email.
Virtual video interview with the hiring manager
- At this stage in the process, you will meet with the hiring manager of the role. This conversation is more technical in nature where the hiring manager will lean into your hard and soft skills and ask scenario-based questions to gain a better understanding of your skills and experience.

- If you are selected to advance in the process, you will hear from a Talent Acquisition team member via email.
Physical panel onsite interview
- This interview is typically the last stage in the process. The candidate will be invited to come onsite to tour the facility and meet with the hiring manager, a cross-functional team member, and a member of the HR team.
Communication from your Talent Acquisition team member
- After you complete your interviews, you’ll hear from the Talent Acquisition team member regarding your candidacy and overall status.
Hiring, Onboarding, & Beyond
- Once hired, complete any necessary onboarding paperwork and training.
- Ramp up and learn your new position and your team members.
- Seek performance feedback and continuously learn and adapt.
